SERVICES DESCRIBED
KMAX Pros provides residential and commercial roofing inspection, repair, replacement, and related exterior services in the Chicagoland area. Services are subject to a written agreement between KMAX Pros and the property owner or authorized representative before work begins.
INSPECTION FINDINGS
KMAX Pros provides inspection findings based on observable conditions at the time of inspection. Inspections document visible damage and conditions. KMAX Pros makes no guarantee that all conditions will be identifiable during a standard inspection.
STORM DAMAGE AND INSURANCE
KMAX Pros inspects and documents storm, wind, and hail damage. KMAX Pros does not guarantee any insurance coverage determination or payment outcome. Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by the property owner's insurance carrier.
NO WARRANTY ON INSPECTION OUTCOMES
Inspection reports describe conditions observed. They do not constitute a warranty on the structural integrity of the roof system or any component beyond the scope of documented findings.
WEBSITE USE
The KMAX Pros website is provided as general information about our services. Submitting a Roof Check request does not create a service contract. Service is confirmed only when KMAX Pros and the property owner agree in writing.
